At Umber Collections, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy before proceeding with a return request.

Clothing Returns

Custom-Sized Orders: Custom-sized clothing is non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before placing your order.
Standard Orders: Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Tags and labels must still be attached.
Inspection: If we determine the item has been worn, damaged, or does not meet our return standards, we will not issue a refund.

Jewellery Returns

Earrings and Sets Including Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings or sets containing earrings are non-refundable.
Damaged on Arrival: If your jewelry arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item. Refunds are not available for these cases.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Postage and Packaging: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items, including postage and packaging. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
Lost or Damaged Returns: Umber Collections is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Important Notes

Refunds will not include the original shipping costs.
Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for arranging their return shipment back to them.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy terms.
